What's new
- Config: You can now change what you want the top line of the sign to be in the config (IF YOU CHANGE IT ALL EXISTING SIGN NEED TO BE UPDATED)
- Per warp permissions, to enable put it to true in the config and give the player the permission "lwarps.warp.placename"
