An RPG-like teleportation system that allows players to teleport with scrolls

- Added: Teleportation is cancelled on interacting with the world. (Opening doors, opening chest, etc)
- Fixed: Players could sometimes slip past the cast time.
- Fixed: Colour codes are no correctly formatted. You can use & as a colour code sign.
