What does Screamer do you say?

Screamer will let your victim experience the scariest thing EVER! When executed, the victim is shown a scary image and the server plays a very loud scream.

How does it work?

Well, unfortunately this plugin only works with a custom resource pack. (also cool without, but less scary) It contains an image and a sound file. when the command is executed, the plugin places a pumpkin on the victims head for 4 seconds and plays a loud scream. The resourcepack contains an edited version of the pumpkinblur.png file which is replaced with this image:

Also, it plays the wither death sound which is edited to be a loud scream.

Commands and features:

/scrare (Main command)
/scare me (scare yourself without permissions needed)
/scare broadcast (broadcasts a fake message to scare them!) this is the message:To get free money Click here! When they click, they get scared
Scary signs! (a fake sign with [Free] on it to let people think they get stuff, well they get scared!) How to use the signs! The stripes before the [Free] node are needed because some plugins like Essentials already use [Free].Create the signs like this -[Free]- instead

Permissions:

screamer.target (You need this permission to be scared!)
screamer.use (The main permission, to use the mian command)
screamer.block (Block oncoming scares)
screamer.return (Send the scare RETURN-TO-SENDER!)
screamer.scare (Needed to scare people)
screamer.sign.create (Needed to create a scare sign)

Maybe add function which doesnt require a resourcepack!
