/scope /scopeoff need for power tool perms
Added:
Ability to scope with out commands Right click air to zoom in Right click a block to zoom out. A few minor bug fixes
Note:
I have made a few minor changes after testing so if you encounter any bugs please let me know asap! I will be testing it later today though so if there is a problem it will be fixed by 5/3/16 Thanks for all the support
