• Added MOTD on player login
• Added the Say command, allows an announcement to be said without saving it in the config.
• Fixed bug where prefix wouldn't save in the config.

• Fixed bug where the announcer being enabled was checking to see if random was enabled, giving false positives.
• Config changes for MOTD. These should automatically be added to your config, if not, manually add them yourselves.
