SayHi! MotD

Commands:
- /sayhi set [value]- Set a new MotD
- /sayhi show - Shows your current MotD
- /sayhi remove - Removes your current MotD
- /sayhi help - Shows a list of commands
- /sayhi info - Shows information about this plugin

- Stop your server
- Place 'sayhi.jar' into your plugins directory
- Start your server
- And have fun!

At the moment, I just have one permission:
- sayhi.motd - Basic permission for the command /sayhi
