* Added password reset with '/sl reset <username>' to reset someone's data
  (They will be kicked with a message saying their password has been reset)
  Permission: sl.reset
* Commands now don't use '/sl' before them, now it's '/register' and '/login' because most people are used to this.
* Commands are now blocked when not logged in yet.
