RubySlippers 1.1:
First of all, if you are running the old version, delete the config.yml so the plugin will generate a new one. Also any old RubySlippers in the world will no longer work.
Added a "/rsgive {player}" admin command with it's own "rubyslippers.admin" permission which is defaulted to "op".
Also added a "rubyslippers.craft" permission which is required to craft the slippers which is defaulted to false.
You now have the option of customizing the recipe for the slippers.
