NOTE: For the time being, this plugin includes no permissions, commands, or configs. They could be added later on in updates.
Features:

• When missing 2 hp (the equivalence of 1 heart), if atleast 1 Exp level exists, the plugin will regenerate that heart and consume 1 Exp level.
• Disabled health regen from food. (only in v1.1) Whether food regen is or not disabled will be in the future config.

Todo:

• Add config file to change cooldown and levels needed to heal.
• Maybe add more interesting ways of regenerating hp other than food or xp.
• add a permission
