What's new
- rank edit gui added
- guild name now shows in global chat (change Chat to false in config to turn it off)
- player teleports implemented with server permissions, config toggle and grank permission controls
- too many bug fixes to list :)
- guild banks are still not implemented
- ability to set and read player notes / info is still not implemented
