RoyalCommands - v4.0.0
Download | Changelog | Configuration | Commands & Permissions
Hi. I'm jkcclemens, the author of this plugin. In light of the recent changes in the Minecraft community and in the administration of this website, I will slowly be phasing out support for BukkitDev. Do not despair! This doesn't mean that RoyalCommands is dead. I have set up another site for RoyalCommands, which you can access here. I think the next couple of updates will be uploaded here, but they will all be switched to that site in time. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to continuing RoyalCommands for the few devoted users out there. :)
RoyalCommands was originally intended to be a small plugin with few commands, but after realizing that I can make many commands from other plugins better, I expanded to make it a large, all-encompassing, general plugin (160+ commands). It will manage your server extremely well. RoyalCommands is my main project, and I add to it quite often. Check for updates often, as it's not uncommon for several new commands to be added quickly. If you have any suggestions or bug reports, post a comment or check out the contact section.
RoyalCommands fully supports VanishNoPacket, a wonderful choice for admin invisibility. Invisible players are not seen in /list, and commands will tell the sender that the vanished player is not online.
RoyalCommands also supports TagAPI, another beautiful creation from mbaxter, which allows plugins to change the name displayed over a player's head. This is used (optionally) for nicknames.
- Download RoyalCommands
- Bleeding-edge Builds (Not approved by Bukkit)

Commands & Permissions
I do not support the use of PermissionEx! RoyalCommands will work with PEX, but I will not offer support if you use it. If you would like to know why, take a look at this document by mbaxter that explains more.
All commands and permissions are listed here.
Note that the dev build commands will be included on that page, though.
When will you update to X?
From 0.2.7 and forward, the whole plugin has been written so that it is forwards-compatible, meaning that there may be no updates for when new versions of Minecraft/CraftBukkit are released. There is no need for a new version, as the current one will work just fine.
Source and Downloads
The source code on GitHub is available with compiling instructions. It follows the GNU GPLv3 license. Please refer to me if you fork it.
Development builds of this project can be acquired at the provided continuous integration server. These builds have not been approved by the BukkitDev staff. Use them at your own risk. Continuous Integration.
The changelog is also available.
If you're interested in converting from another plugin, please check here. Only CommandBook and Essentials are supported at this time. Others are being worked on, but we need more data to make the converters. If you have data for us to work with, please check out the contact section.
RoyalCommands utilizes Hidendra's PluginMetrics (MCStats) to collect data on plugin usage. All data that is available to me is also available to you here. All data sent is anonymous and not personal. If you do not want to send data to MCStats, please opt-out in the PluginMetrics folder in your plugins folder.
I've sunk hundreds of hours into writing this plugin. Some of these hours come from managing support tickets, some come from helping people, some come from adding features, and most of them come from bettering the plugin altogether. If you would like to thank me for my efforts, I would appreciate it immensely. If you're unable to send five or ten dollars, then let me know how I'm doing. Feedback means a lot!
If you like the plugin and want to thank me, or if you just want to buy me a Red Bull (or help me pay the bills), consider donating.
Still curious about why you should donate? See drtshock's blog post about the topic. Essentially, public plugin developers (like myself) work for free, attempt to accommodate custom requests, and pour our hearts and souls into our projects, and the server owners that use them rake in profit, and the developers see no share. It's sad.

Hello, I absolutely love this plugin. I am trying to access a list of permission nodes and commands for this plugin so I can setup my server perms. The website seems to be down on the web host side. I was wondering when this would be fixed because I can not find a single list of the nodes outside of the royaldev site.
Please update to 1.9!!! Some functions / commands don't work with 1.9 yet!
Cant seem to get the kits to give out EXP_BOTTLE
Completely Ignores the item entry in the config.
Hi, i would like to know if there is a way to keep the flymode when reconnecting. Indeed, when user are reconnecting they loose the fly mode, so they die if they were too high.
I get this error "http://jpst.it/xIdc" when normal players with permission use kit command. Here is player's picture of error "http://pasteboard.co/25TYRMCa.png"
@jkcclemens how do i fix this
ERROR Could not pass event PlayerJoinEvent to RoyalCommands v4.0.0
I presume you used multiverse-core and multiverse inventories before trying worldmanager?
You need to set multiverse inventories to use the same inventory for the worlds. It's in the config and explained on their page. Multiverse let you setup in the config if you'll spawn in the same world you died or always in one world.
Its not working...
ProtocolLib support is off... I use worldmanager.
Hi! This is a really great plugin, but i have a few problem.
When i transport between the worlds i have on my server (nether and end), i dont keep my inventory. I need to click a chest to recreate / make my inventory visible.
I use Spigot 1.8
Whats the problem and what can i do to get rid of the bug/lag?
Another problem is that when i die in nether, i respawn in the nether.
Hello, I run a private server and I'm having an issue where even though all the permissions are in place Nothing will work. I do use PEX and I'm totally willing to swith to something else if you let me know what supports your plugin.
I've always used RoyalCommands as my main commands plugins. Easy to use, lots of commands, and nice menu structure. Thanks for getting a dev build out for 1.8 Works great so far...
Here it is: http://www.filedropper.com/latest, aha I found a problem. Make sure you notify all users of this plugin to delete TagAPI that is no longer supported in 1.8, thanks for helping me.
Here it is: http://justpaste.it/i8lv should I delete config file? No even after I deleted config. In startup seems like everything suppost to work alright but when I type any command from your plugin it returns as Unknown command. Does this plugin requires any additional plugins?
Sory for being such an ass. I just wanted to tell you that I am using this Plugin as my main plugin of whole server is based on it. So I might get angry from time to time. But thanks for updating it. I have updated it to 4.10, 257, And I still can't find it working. I tryed to use "/spawn" and it returns me with "Unknown command..." I have stopped, updated, restarted, server. So I don't know what the problem is, this is the console message but I don't know if have anything to do with this plugin: http://justpaste.it/i86i
Will this plugin be updated to 1.8?
Have you seen https://forums.bukkit.org/threads/curse-author-rewards-earn-rewards-for-developing-cool-plugins.126931/ ?
It looks like it might be cool though, you can earn rewards for the downloads you get on your plugin, since most people are server owner newbies (like me) who can't afford to donate until they get enough server money. (I don't know about this, I just thought it could be cool if you saw this)
Can you make it so normal people will se who is using "TP" on them command? becose now can anyone TP to anyone without knowing. Thanks. BTW This plugin does not work with spogit 1.8 (Which probably means it doesn't work with 1.8 at all) Can you please fix it.
This plugin causes some inventory bug please fix it. Items are randomly appearing and disappearing from inventory so its pretty much damaged.
Hello. I was wondering if you could add eco like essentials?
Working great with 1.7.10, lower memory usage then Essentials IMHO.
