Initial upload. Expanded on the clock functionality to include real world time, and added appropriate documentation to the sources.
Permissions are not implemented at this time. The time format is stuck in 24-hour format ("HH:mm") unless you create the clock, execute `/wallclock save', edit the format in the clocks.csv, and execute `/wallclock load'.
