12/21 Attempted to fix bug where it didn't cost money, for now just add a .0 to the end of the cost in the config if you change it from the default and don't have a 'cents' part. 11/30 Removed the exp due to the persistent bug that it duplicates. I will try to put this back in as soon as i can figure out a decent way to prevent bukkit from dropping xp.

11/29 New function that drops exp on death with items. This should work up until the a decently high level, although it will cap after you have about 12 digits worth of exp, which is really not that possible to reach legitimately.
