What's new

BUGFIX - Delayed chests now work properly in 1.4.6
Added debug system from RestockIt Dev.

Have tested bugfix myself, and it seems to have fixed the issue. Waiting for confirmation of fix to confirm it's definitely fixed before making it a release version.
