Brief Explanation:
When you die you turn invisible, creative and your inventory get's cleared. After 10 seconds your inventory get's cleared again, you turn survival and you get back your inventory you had in the first place. There are also permissions which allow you to remove the respawn screen or remove the timer. But when you do both of them it’s like you die but you don’t get teleported and you get healed. Because there is no respawn screen.

Installing:
Put this plugin on your plugins folder. If the server is running type /reload or restart the server. If it isn't running then start it up.
