RespawnItems v0.2

Updated so that damage and data values can be set as well, allowing potions, types of wood etc. to be added. The config file has been updated too, so you will have to delete the current one and restart the server.

First release!

No permissions support. No enchantments (yet). The reload command doesn't work.
