RentWarp

• Switched to a whole new warp system! You'll need to convert your warps with the command /convertwarp <warpName>
• Added the /convertwarp command
• Added a warp list (do /warp without any arguments for that list)

The new warp system actually doesn't do much things right now, but it allows me to work better with the warps, for example to create the warp list.

You have to convert your warps 1 by 1. That's because I don't know a good way how to get a list of warps from the warps.yml file.
