== What does the plugin? ==
This plugin will help you with small, slow servers. Often if you have a little, slow server, people must to be stand still before a reload, else the server is still crashing!
This plugin will help you with that! If you enter the command, there comes a message that said in red BIG letters: [WARN] DON'T MOVE OR CHAT FOR CIRCA 10 SECONDS!!! THERE'S A RELOAD!
People will stop move and chat and after the reload all is good.
