5.0.42:
+Fixed region password protection issue (region not accepting password even when correct)
+Fixed fire protection bug (lightning burning down things even with fire protection enabled).
+Fixed expand-max not doing anything. +Added new fire spread disable option. Allows you to light fires but fire will not spread or burn down anything.
The command is /regios fire-spread [regionname] [true/false] and the permission node is regios.protection.fire-spread.

(This may be compatible with CB 1.2.5-R2.0, but I haven't had a chance to thoroughly test Regios with R2.0 yet, so I marked it as R1.2 to be on the safe side)
