This plugin adds the flag chat and allow player to chat with other players on the same RedProtect region.

Commands:

Reload command: /regionchat reload or the alias /rpc reload
Flag: /rp flag chat true/false - Allow or deny no region members to chat
To chat: /rpc <message>

Permissions:

Reload command: regionchat.cmd.reload
To use the flag: redprotect.flag.chat
To chat on regions: Not needed (more options on config)
