Region Preserve

Region Preserve is a very simple, lightweight region protection plugin.
What's new
- Added the pvp flag. By default regions don't have this flag so PvP is off, if a region has the flag players are able to PvP each other so long as the world has PvP enabled.
- Fixed the item frame bug. Players with permission can now edit, place and destroy item frames.
- Fixed the bug where players could extinguish fire in protected regions.
