Simply by typing /endchest in game you can access your ender chest inventory from anywhere without the inconvenience of carrying one round with you.
This plugin does not require any config file.
/endchest Opens your ender chest inventory just like it would if you opened a placed chest.
simple.endchest Allows player with this permission access to use the /endchest command
