Realistic Torches
Torches hurt!
With this plugin, torches run a 25% chance of setting the block above it on fire upon placement. Any player is also set
on fire upon walking over any torch.

- Material-specific ignition chances (wool/leaves would have better chances of ignition than stone or obsidian)
- Armor-specific ignition times (a player with leather or no armor would have better chances of ignition than a player with metal armor)
- Configuration (to let the server operator decide whether or not certain features will work, and the chance of blocks burning)
