Fixed: Overload add and remove events
Added: New commands
/randomenchant will enchant your item in hand with a custom enchant (random.randomEnchant permission)
/randomBook will give you a 100% custom book (random.randomBook permission)
Added: All the enchant books work, except for some Elite books
Changed: Overload enchantment, Guardians misspelled word, Just a few things with LegendaryDP's
