- added /quotes add some random txt - you can now add quotes in game...
- added /quotes info - to show how many quotes there is
- added quotes.txt example line - read the NOTE carfully

on first run this plugin will create a quotes.txt
line 1 will be empty do not touch EDIT from line 2 onwards also leave the line underneath blank too example:
