Raining Slimes and Magma Cubes

Made it so that magma cubes and slimes randomly spawn on the player
I coded it so that slimes and magma cubes are raining from the sky around the player, both these mobs will be of different sizes and there is a random amount of them that will spawn.
Once you place the jar file in the plugins folder the plugin will begin to run.
