What's new
- Added new mail system which can be accessed via the new /mail command!
- Added permission nodes:
- quicktools.mail: gives you access the the initial /mail command
- quicktools.mail.list: lets you list all of the mail in your inbox
- quicktools.mail.read: lets you read specified messages individually
- quicktools.mail.delete: lets you delete specified messages individually
- quicktools.mail.deleteall: allows you to purge your mail inbox completely
