This update includes:
- WorldGuard Support
- PlotMe support
- Block blacklist
- Blacklist bypass permissions
- EntityTool with full entity modification system
- Various tool and UI improvements
If you're switching from version 1.0 please delete and regenerate your config file! In the future you won't have to do this, but this update requires it!

- Fixed Biome Tool not bypassing with correct bypass perms.
- Fixed Double Biome Tool Warning Message when used in blacklisted world.
- Changed message on tools(Before they all read as biome tool warnings).
- Fixed Config issues(Re-Generate if switching from 1.0, This won't happen in the future).
