Added Minecraft version comparison between plugin and server when updating
Added update confirmation message
New commands:
qb update -> check for updates and update if no confirmation required
qb noupdate -> if confirmation is required and you wish to cancel update, type this.
New config nodes:
Destroy_on_creation -> Set this to true if you wish the quest signs to be destroyed when a player completes the quest.
