This PVP Toggle Plugin is used for Enabling and Disabling a single player's Player v.s. Player so they can either protect themselves from griefers or have fun and fight with friends :D
The commands for this plugin are-
/pvp on
Toggles PVP on and the player will now be able to fight with other players.
/pvp off
Toggles PVP off and the player will now be protected from others and cant fight other players.
