What's new
- Added messages configuration file
- Added option to cancel shield when player moves
- Added support for "Player thrown" splash potions
- Not all messages are configurable (e.g, /shield time and /shield on <player>)
- Shield doesn't work against potions dispensed from dispensers
- Positive potions (health, night vision, invisibility and strength) are not able to be thrown on a shielded player.
