Fixed the problem with the warnings and reload of the plugin.

ALL NEW CONFIG-FILE!!
Changed the internal working.

Added a permission so players with that permission can now always play pvp.
New reload command.

Bugfixes.

Pvp can now be disabled for players in creative mode.

Warning messages will be broadcasted over the server when pvp starts.
Option in config file to add second warning message.

From this moment on, multiple timeframes can be set to pvp.
Added /pvphours to see when te php starts.

Changed the folder name.
