SCHEDULE A – COMMUNITY EDITION

This Schedule A governs use of the Software when licensed as the
Community Edition and forms part of the Master Software License
Agreement.
1. PERMITTED USE
The Community Edition is licensed for personal, educational,
non-commercial, and evaluation use only.
Licensee may deploy and operate the Software on Authorized Servers
provided that such servers do not generate revenue, directly or
indirectly, and are not operated for commercial purposes.
Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
- Personal or hobby Minecraft servers
- Educational or academic environments
- Testing, development, and evaluation purposes
- Non-commercial public or private servers
2. PROHIBITED USE
The following uses are expressly prohibited under the Community
Edition:
- Operation of monetized or commercial servers
- Acceptance of donations, subscriptions, paid access, or other forms
of revenue related to server operation
- Use by or for commercial hosting providers
- Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the Software
- Modification, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the Software
- Use of the Software as part of another distributed product or service
- Access to or use of Pro Edition or Enterprise Edition features,
modules, or functionality
3. EDITION LIMITATIONS
The Community Edition may include performance limits, feature caps,
or technical restrictions as defined by Licensor. Such limits may be
enforced through configuration, licensing, or technical controls.
4. VERSION SCOPE
This Schedule applies only to the specific Version of the Software
distributed as the Community Edition. No rights are granted to future
Versions, updates, or other Editions.
