Added the support for the deny-spawn region flag...

Example: /ps flag deny-spawn zombie, skeleton, creeper

Also cleaning up some code in preparation of a new command called "/ps swap"

It will allow you to swap the PS in the region you are standing in for a new one you are holding. It will keep all your region settings from the old region (except of course changing the region to the correct new size) and it will replace the PS in your hand with the old PS if you aren't using single use ProtectionStones.

Incompatible with PreciousStones, they both act on the same kind of ore blocks and both have the same command name of "/ps".
