• The localisation file is included in the JAR and you don't have to extract it
• Implementation of region seems to be finished. Only few bugs have left... Much of them were squashed in this build, but there are still some performance bugs, which need to be solved. We're much closer to 0.9 with this build.
• Region-specific weather works nearly great ,but needs more testing.
• New command /pw sit tells you situation (weather type) in every region
• New configuration node "region-type.<world name>" lets you set region type for world with name <world name>. <world name> is supposed to be replaced with name of your world of course.
• PLEASE TEST! I'll get 0.9 out, once some serious bugs will be solved.

• If you define a weather and then undefine it somehow, you can get into trouble
• weathers.yml sometimes isn't generated properly (has size of 0 bytes)
• /pw sit sometimes says "Invalid situation"
