- Extract en.txt from the JAR file, copy it to plugins/ProperWeather/en.txt and set "translation-file" node in your config to "plugins/ProperWeather/en.txt"
- 4th region implementation. Implementation of regions is still not finished, but it's very very near to the final one.
- PLEASE TEST!
- If you define a weather and then undefine it somehow, you can get into trouble
- weathers.yml sometimes isn't generated properly (has size of 0 bytes)
