Extract the ZIP and copy ProperWeather.jar to plugins/ and en.txt to plugins/ProperWeather

• A lots of bug fixes => Recommended to update to this build
• Added arrow rain
• Finally fixed bug with weathers.yml not generating properly :)
• Fixed not found translation file bug
• In item rain, only naturally available items spawn

• If you define a weather and then undefine it somehow, you can get into trouble
