Finally, after a long waiting, I'm releasing 0.6 . It contains custom weathers API and a lot of next features I can't remember to list them here :D, so go and grab it!

• Whole plugin was recoded from scratch b4 this
• Added API for adding custom weathers
• Current weather types supported: Clear,Rain,Storm,Hot
• Optionally Dependency: Spout
• Type /pw to see new commands!
• Corrected saving/loading
• Fixed the Hot Weather's issue
