What's new
This is an equivalent to the current PKB 1.7 version, but this one will run properly on Bukkit/Spigot Minecraft versions 1.9, 1.8, 1.8.1, 1.8.3, 1.7.4 and 1.7.2. These are the only tested minecraft versions that this plugin will work on, but there may be more versions that it works on. I do not intend to create versions of this plugin for Minecraft versions older than 1.7.
