Fixed problem with /trollcat saying the the target trolled themselves. Fixed problem with /trollcat displaying tnt animation on the sender.
Commands can't be executed by console. =( /trollcat - the target sees this when killed "You were trolled by "CraftPlayer{name=PLAYERNAME] PLAYERNAME is where the name of the player that issued the command is.
