Added command /pb download (this command will download a preconfigured blacklist and whitelist for servers) THIS CAN CAUSE LAG! USE WISELY!

Added config options for spam punishment (SpamMuteOrBan), spam ban command(BanCommands.Spam), and reason for spam ban(Message.SpamBan)!

Fixed notification bug when a player was kicked for swearing!

Fixed bug where repeated messages were blocked regardless of time between them!

Fixed bug where setting SpamEnabled to false, would not have an effect.

CheckForUpdates can cause some serious lag if pastebin is under a heavy load. Unless you specifically want to check for updates, leave this option off.
