Now works with Essentials' /mute

 

- Added /pc (staff or s) <msg>

  * Sends a message to staff chat no matter what channel you are in.

 

- Added /pc (builders or b) <msg>

  * Sends a message to builders chat no matter what channel you are in.

 

- Added /pc (donators or d) <msg>

  * Sends a message to donators chat no matter what channel you are in.

 

- Added /pc lock

  * Locks all chat channels.

  * Permission node: ChatChannel.lock
