Base Concept
To allow players and groups to be given priorities and kick players with a lower priority.
Full Concept
When your server is full, this plugin allows certain players or groups to join and kick out a lower ranking member. When a higher ranking player joins the full server, the lowest priority player will be kicked. In the event of a tie, the last player of that rank to join will be kicked.
Original idea thought of before MCSG, but works like its donor system.
