Why does it say I don't have files?
Go to files to find the files because bukkit doesn't think they exist.
/msgset <Message>: Set teleport message, Permission: prisionstart.msgset
/timeset <Delay before teleport>: Set time in seconds until teleport, Permission: prisionstart.timeset
