• Ops can now use '/space' to get to their own space or '/space [playername]' to get to any player's space that's already been created.
• Added ability to modify the Ender Door's crafting recipe in the config.
• Added permission 'enderdoors.canuse', default true.
• Added permission 'enderdoors.cancraft', default true.

If you are updating from v1.0.0, make sure you delete both the 'EnderDoors' world folder and the 'EnderDoors' folder in the plugins folder.
