PotionCMD:

- /pcmd - Root command
- /pcmd speed - Give you speed effect(does not requires permission)
- /pcmd strength - Give you strength effect(does not requires permission)
- /pcmd invisibility - Give you invisibility effect(Requires special permission)
- /pcmd haste - Give you haste effect(Requires special permission)
- /pcmd hboost - Give you health boost effect(Requires special permission)
- Permissions:
- potioncmd.invisibility - Allow player to use invis effect.
- potioncmd.haste - Allow player to use haste effect.
- potioncmd.healthboost - Allow player to use hboost effect.
- potioncmd.invisibility.nocooldown - Player will have no cooldown between invis effects.
- potioncmd.haste.nocooldown - Player will have no cooldown between haste effects.
- potioncmd.healthboost.nocooldown - Player will have no cooldown between hboost effects.
