PotionEffectDust is an awesome plugin allowing when you right click on either glowstone dust, redstone, or sugar it will give you a potion effect! The sugar makes you have speed 2, the redstone gives regeneration, and the glowstone dust gives you invisibility! I hope you enjoy this awesome plugin!

How to use
Right click on glowstone dust, redstone, or sugar and you will be given a potion effect!
