/MailCheck = Will open up your mail inventory to see if you got any mail!
No permissions as of now!
When you do /MailCheck you can put the mail in the inventory! And people can check the mails and read it, when you do /mailcheck you get 1 book and quill to write a message :)!
More explanation Pretty much this opens up a inventory where it's public, you can put in mail and sign it with a book and quill to other people and tell them to do /mailcheck it's pretty simple! Players can send messages to anyone with a book and quill!
