Simple Plugin Management for those wanting to reload enable and disable individual plugins (or all)
What's new
- Added aliases such as plug>pg blacklist>b enable/disable > e/b etc...
- Added debugging options in config and ingame commands.
- Ability to load plugins into the game
- Ability to block /pl from users from seeing.
- Complete rewrite for plugin api and future use.
- Reloading certain plugins (rare) will actually break them (they need a restart). This is because some plugins do not handle the reload event properly. hint: USE BLACKLIST!
