- Added a little bugfix to servers which have bugged signs (wrongly removed), PLEASE, remember always to remove owner signs by breaking it, don't use worldedit or other weird ways.

- WorldGuard saves the regions every x time, so if the server crashes those transactions are lost, now Plot Manager forces WorldGuard to save the region in the same moment of the purchase.
- Old members of regions remain when other player purchases a Plot, so this can be dangerous for the new owner, added option in config to DELETE all the old members in the purchase moment.
- Added MAX Plots/Regions per user by permissions "PlotManager.plots.x" - > x = amount of plots, players/groups without this perm will have bypas to buy all Plots they want.
- Now in config, you can set the MAX Plots/Regions per user, this will only work for players without the restriction permission "PlotManager.plots...."
- Fixed bug with the "PlotManager.user" permission (to buy plots) that was working the other way.
